Those that are shades of orange/brown/red were taken after henna paste was removed from the skin. I only use natural, pure body art quality henna. I never use "black henna" as no such thing exists. If you see "black henna" offered somewhere keep in mind that it is NOT pure henna but PPD/paraphenylenediamine which is a chemical found in black and brown hair dye. It is highly concentrated by thoughtless individuals looking to make a quick buck. PPD is not meant for use on skin and it is illegal to use in that manner. Many complications could arise from such use from a mild skin rash to a severe allergic reaction, chemical burns and scarring or immune system disorders.
